'AMELY' is located to the ground floor and is composed by a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a large living room with fully equipped kitchen from where there is access to a covered veranda and equipped.
Ideal for 3 people or for 5 if you are using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
In the rooms there are fans and mosquito nets in the bedroom and in the living room there is a conditioner, in the kitchen, refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, bathroom, hair dryer, and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is the shower. The outdoor space is equipped to consume meals.
The strength of the structure is certainly the location, really two steps from the sea, the lungomare Andrea Doria, from the beach and from the restaurants, bars, tobacco, pizzerias, supermarket, market. We also have local and swimming pool arrangement with our facilities, to give you the best, and let you save. And for children, at 150 meters, there is a large playground.
In different periods of the year you can participate in the festivals organized in neighboring countries. Marina di Ragusa is a strategic point to combine a seaside holiday with the many attractions of the capital city, such as the baroque ibleo and the places of Montalbano (ragusa Ibla-Scicli-Modica-Punta secca.). The house is located 20min drive from the airport of Comiso.
