‘CASAMOR’ is a mini apartment of 45mq, comfortable and welcoming, with independent entrance. Ideal for a couple or for a family with children.
Perfect for those who want to spend their holidays in total relax but at only 500 meters from the sea and from Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi where you will find shops, clubs, pubs and beaches.
The apartment is composed externally by two verandine carpeted and furnished, where in a, it is possible to have breakfast in the morning and in the other, and relax with a comfortable rocking chair.
While the interior is composed of a bedroom with double-bed, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishes and cutlery) with a sofa bed and a half square, bathroom with shower and adjoining laundry area, is also equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. The accommodation is also equipped with television and air conditioning.
At about 50 meters from the apartment you can find: pizzerias, tobacconist, supermarket, market, bakery, bar, post office. We also have local and swimming pool arrangement with our facilities, to give you the best, and let you save. And for the children in the area, there is a large playground.
In different periods of the year you can participate in the festivals organized in neighboring countries. Marina di Ragusa is a strategic point to combine a seaside holiday with the many attractions of the capital city, such as the baroque ibleo and the places of Montalbano (ragusa Ibla-Scicli-Modica-Punta secca.). The house is located 20min drive from the airport of Comiso.

The house is comfortable, located on the ground floor, in the shade, it is not hot. We found everything clean and tidy. Despite being small, it has 2 very comfortable outdoor spaces: the first on the entrance side with wicker sofas for the relaxation area, the other on the back with a swing chair, drying rack and pilozza to rinse and dry clothes. Spacious wardrobes and furniture. The owner is very kind and willing to meet people's needs.
