Between the highlands of the Iblei mountains, is situated the Villa, Aram, in front of a beautiful house from the early 900, today transformed into two structures totally independent, both for access and for the external spaces and the swimming pool. The villa presents with a characteristic huge, open space, outdoor stone (about 400 m2), where stands the villa beautiful and majestic (he was originally a noble house). On the left a gate delimits the space of the swimming pool surrounded by lawn and surrounded by olive trees that make it a true corner of paradise! In this space there is also a bathroom with shower.

Inside greets us with a living room/kitchen features massive sliding windows that overlook the outdoor area and the swimming pool; from this room through an internal staircase you reach the floor with the first room used as a sitting area with a corner kitchen, four bedrooms all with private bathroom and balcony.

The exterior is equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs for pleasant lunches and dinners in the open air.

Only 5 minutes from the city of Ragusa, the house is located in the area called Puntarazzi, the area of Ragusa that overlooks the sea and made famous for the presence of the Donnafugata Castle (2 km), a tourist destination visited very much.

The location of the villa allows to easily reach the sights of the provinces of Ragusa, Syracuse and Catania, connected by the state road 514 that passes a few minutes from the villa. Do not miss a visit to Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla (in the radius of 15 kms) or Noto, Marzamemi, Siracusa and Capo Passero (in radius of 60 km), and also Caltagirone, Catania, mount Etna, and Etna villages (within a radius of 100 km).

For those who want to spend a day at the seaside, the seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa is located only 15 minutes away, in the context of the beaches of Iblea, with their fine sand and crystal clear water. The area is also made famous by the presence of a golf course the international (15 minutes drive).
