A villa of 120 square meters, independent, on two floors, with two spacious furnished verandas and garden to relax in the shade or soak up the sun on the grass, you can also enjoy a barbecue.
Access to the interior space, equipped with every comfort, through large sliding glass doors.
At your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and various utensils, a laundry room and a bathroom. The living area is also very bright and comfortable.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase to the apartment, is dedicated to the sleeping area. There you will find another bathroom, three bedrooms.
The Villa has a sofa bed in the living room, with independent entrance which ensures privacy.
In front of the apartment there is a driveway where you can park freely.
The Villa is located 800 metres from the beach, where has been prepared a well-equipped park for outdoor training. Less than 2km from the centre you will find beaches, restaurants, shops and nightlife, while just 14 minutes you can arrive to Punta Secca, where the famous house of Montalbano.
This villa is, moreover: 30km from Comiso airport; 45km from the well-known; at 25km from Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla, 15 km from Scicli; 25 km from Modica; at 20km from the Castle of Donnafugata.

Our stay at Villa Wisteria was really good, even better than we expected. The location is good, with private street and parking in front of the house. The house is large, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with all the comforts, full kitchen and bbq outside. The rooms, although not particularly spacious (except for one very large double), both are not comfortable with closets external. The living room can easily become a extra bedroom, with independent entrance.
The bathrooms are numerous and very convenient is the separate shower in the garden. A particular mention goes to the veranda, a large and very enjoyable in the morning and evening. The garden is lush and allows you to enjoy the best of the outside of the house. A guest honestly, the Savior, the prodigal of information, as well as Anna, the lady who gave us a hand for cleaning.
It was a holiday really beautiful, and the house has contributed to the general well-being of adults and children.

We stayed a week in 8 in this villa. We were greeted with so much kindness by the Lady Emma. Our expectations were high, based on photos and other requested information to the host, but I have to say that once you arrive on site, our high expectations were exceeded big time.
The villa is equipped with all the possible comforts: air conditioning in every room, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. Outer space really is fantastic. We spent a week in total relaxation.
If there will be the opportunity, we will return without any doubt.
